Our Founder
Moved to Mallorca with his parents
Regularly visited building sites with his Dad, an architect focused on luxury villas and hotels
Opening a refugee led restaurant, while studying International Management at WHU in Germany
After studying in Germany, moving to Mexico with his best friend to create an orthodontics company (with no prior experience in the field)
Together growing the company to over 40 full time employees and physical locations in 15 Mexican cities
Moving back to Spain - co-creating and leading an entreprenerial education for Spanish school children
Co-founding a yearly entrepreneurial leadership conference in Andorra for university students and successful entrepreneurs
Leading the digital marketing growth for numerous startups with millions of EUR in budgets. Working with NASA and Warner Bros amongst others.
Financing, buying and renovating a first property in Barcelona and a second property in Mallorca. After experiencing the complexity of finding the right property and overcoming other complexities firsthand, the idea for Lucca was born.

Growing up on Mallorca, living abroad for 11 years, and now coming back to his home, Moritz is looking to bring a new generation of changemakers to the island. Lucca is Moritz's second startup, besides numerous other impact initiatives he co-created.

Egor is a multidisciplinary designer, university lecturer and co-founder of a branding and web design studio. Being skilled in UI design, photography, coding, animation and 3D allows Egor to take all of his projects to another level.
